The Mission
The mission is clear: to awaken the Church to the urgent need for holistic wellness, especially among women. Far too many are silently struggling, pouring out for everyone else while their own physical, mental, and spiritual health fades into the background. The Fit 4 The Call Church Tour was born to shift mindsets and rewrite the narrative.

What: The Fit 4 The Call Church Tour experience combines biblical teaching, real-life coaching, and energizing movement to help women reconnect with themselves and with God.
When: Spring & Fall 2027

Why This Matters: We are living in a time that is stretching us on every level. Spiritually. Emotionally. Physically. From global uncertainty to personal battles, women are carrying more than ever. Yet even in the weight of it all, God is still calling us to lead with boldness and serve with power. But to answer that call with clarity and strength, we must first be well.
Many Christian women are showing up with passion and purpose, doing incredible work for the Kingdom. But behind the scenes, many are running on empty. Health becomes secondary. Rest gets sacrificed. And burnout becomes the norm. But true readiness for what God is calling us to do begins with stewardship of our whole selves.
This movement is about restoring that alignment. It is about recognizing wellness as a form of worship and breaking free from the belief that sacrifice means neglecting ourselves. The Fit 4 The Call Church Tour is an invitation to return to the truth that our health matters to God because our strength matters to the mission.
God is still moving, still speaking, and still choosing His daughters to carry light and hope into this world. Let us be found ready. Let us be whole. Let us be fit for the call.
