Program Description

My Fit 4 The Call Life Transformation Program is a 12-week online health coaching experience for women who lead in their church, career, or community and are tired of running on empty. It is designed for women who feel stretched thin, depleted, and disconnected from their own well being, yet know they are called to live and lead with strength, clarity, and integrity.

Through intentional care of the body, renewal of the mind, and a faith grounded approach to stewardship, women learn how to restore their health without walking away from their responsibilities or their purpose.

Inside the program, I guide clients through structured fitness, practical nutrition coaching, and mindset training that addresses both habits and heart. Faith is woven throughout the experience as the foundation for lasting change, not as an add on.

All program components are delivered through the Jump2It Fitness app, allowing you to participate from anywhere in the world while receiving clear guidance, accountability, and support.
