Meet Coach Jo

I’m Joanna “Coach Jo” Coatney, a NASM certified health and wellness coach, preacher, leader, mom, and pastor’s wife.

I help women in ministry and leadership care for their bodies with discipline, grace, and faith because I know firsthand what happens when we do not. I have poured into everyone else, neglected myself, and learned that stewardship of the body is not optional. It is obedience.

I will walk with you, challenge you, and hold you accountable to the life God is calling you to live.
